5 Easy Way To Reduce Tummy Fat

There is no easy way in losing tummy fats if you want the effect to last long. Most of us are not too satisfied with how we look, in as much as our body shape in concerned. The most common and most apparent problem that people face is the bulging pockets of belly fats. It is not so easy to hide, and therefore bring tremendous anguish to some.

To help you get control over your unwanted tummy fats, read these tips and see for your self.

  1. Eat small frequent meals. You need to eat more meals in a day in smaller amounts but more often than usual. In this manner, you can prevent yourself from overeating at meal times. Also, this will keep your metabolism work at constant pace and burn up foods that you ate.
  2. Never try to skip meals especially breakfast. When you eat your breakfast regularly, it will control your desire for more food the entire day.  Deprivation of proper food and nutrition is a big NO when you want to stay healthy and fit while losing weight at the same time.
  3. Watch what you eat. Carefully monitor all your food intakes. Eat more fat burning foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, eggs, beans, and seeds. Limit your consumption of processed and commercialized foods such as burgers, deep fried foods, pizza and fatty meats and other products that have lots of sugar content. More so, eat at small pace. Take foods in smaller bites and chew them slowly.  In this manner, you will avoid overeating.
  4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Hydration is as important as diet and exercise. It will help flush out toxins in the body faster and will aid in good digestion. Do not substitute water with any other beverage. However, you may supplement your water intake with drinking green tea for it can neutralize the effects of fatty acids.
  5. Maintain effective exercise regularly. Cardiovascular exercises are the ones that keep your heart at work and your fats burn. You may start with simple brisk walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling. Perform each of these exercises at least 30 minutes in a day. If you want more specific exercise that shoos away your tummy fats, here are examples you may try.
  • Contractions.  Assume a sitting position and take slow deep breaths. As you exhale, do not empty your belly button all the way. Just maintain halfway back before drawing your belly button to the spine. Hold for one count as you contract, then repeat after the point of your half-exhalation. The whole course should be done for about a hundred times.
  • Crunchless Crunch. Have your body relaxed in a kneeling position or lying on your stomach. This exercise only requires one move instead of several as you exhale from a deep breath. Use just the lower part of your abdomen for you to move the belly button to the spine. Then hold for at least 10 seconds. Release the contraction after you have the transverse muscles work less than the other muscles.
